Purchasing Information

Purchasing your Evolution DT™ has never been easier. Just fill out our credit application, and we will have a representative contact you with your quote within 2 business days. We offer 24, 36, 48 & 60 month lease terms. The following is the information about our standard three leasing programs:

FMV – Lessee may purchase the equipment for Fair Market Value (“FMV”) at the end of the lease.
10% Put – Lessee must purchase the equipment at the end of the term for 10% of the original equipment cost.
$1 Buyout – Lessee may purchase the equipment for $1 at the end of the lease.

If you would like, we can also custom tailor a lease that meets your needs. For example, some doctors request to have a few months of deferment before starting their regular scheduled payments.
